Climb and Nature Connect

Rock climbing and learning about our surroundings as we climb is another unique program we offer.

Typically when you go for climbing workshops you'll be taught only about climbing.

We try to have a more wholistic approach where you will begin the day learning about your senses, learn observation and awareness skills and as you walk to the rocks we will find and learn about animals and plants! You will get a deeper understanding of the landscape, the ecology and flora and fauna of the climbing area. Rock are also home to various insects, lizards, geckos and so you will learn who these beings are that call the climbing area and the rocks their home! During breaks from climbing we will teach you a survival or primtive skill like rope making that is easy and fun to do alongside while climbing continues for the rest of the program duration.
